The Opportunity This is your chance to lead the hardware engineering function behind one of the world’s most exciting AgTech products. As Hardware Engineering Lead, you’ll lead a talented team of electronics and mechanical engineers responsible for the next generation of eShepherd hardware. From early concept through to field deployment, you’ll help shape the technology roadmap, influence product strategy and ensure we’re delivering robust, scalable products that perform in some of the world’s toughest farming environments. Working alongside Product, Firmware, Software, Manufacturing and Customer teams, you’ll turn real‑world customer feedback into practical engineering solutions, balancing innovation with quality, reliability and speed to market. You’ll coach and grow a high‑performing team, champion engineering excellence, and create an environment where great ideas become world‑class products. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will have genuine influence over both the technical direction of the product and the people building it. The Fit You are an experienced engineering leader who enjoys building both great products and great teams. You’re technically credible, commercially aware and naturally collaborative, with the ability to bring people together to solve complex challenges and deliver outstanding outcomes. You’ll Bring A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience leading engineering teams developing complex hardware or IoT products. Strong product development expertise from concept through to production. The ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. A passion for coaching engineers and building high‑performing teams. Sound technical judgement, commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
