Location Kirikiriroa/Hamilton, commencing in February 2027. Responsibilities Work alongside experienced business advisers, building trusted relationships with clients. Provide exposure to compliance and advisory services including financial analysis, business performance improvement, growth initiatives, accounting and tax compliance, finance technology, and business transactions. Help solve real business challenges and contribute to meaningful client outcomes. Use data, automation and AI‑enabled tools to generate insights and help clients make better decisions. Develop commercial judgement, digital capability and relationship‑building skills that prepare you for a successful career. Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting (CA pathway preferred). Be in your final year of study or have recently graduated. Intention to complete the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification. Strong academic performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn. Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
