About the role As a valued member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality education and care for young children, fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships with children and their families. Key responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging learning experiences in line with Te Whāriki Support children’s learning, development, and well‑being Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Build respectful and responsive relationships with children, whānau, and team members Uphold professional teaching standards and centre philosophy Requirements ECE qualification recognised in New Zealand Current Teaching Council registration and practising certificate Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki and ECE regulations Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice What we offer Supportive and collaborative team environment Competitive salary aligned with pay parity Incredible outdoor environment Sheep, chickens, the real farm environment!
