overview Customer Service Representative – Permanent Part-Time at the Palmerston North – Terrace End Retail Branch. Earn $28.20 per hour, working Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a total of 22 hours per week. responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service face‑to‑face, by handling inquiries, requests and concerns. Manage parcel pick‑ups and drop‑offs and assist customers with postage enquiries and NZTA transactions. Lift freight up to 25kg and remain on feet throughout the entire shift. Maintain accurate administrative and data‑entry records related to customer interactions.
