About the Role This is an important position within our store, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory systems. You’ll work closely with a range of departments to ensure stock is accurately recorded, discrepancies are investigated, and inventory processes are continually improved. Responsibilities Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of physical and computerised inventory records. Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies. Supporting and improving inventory control processes. Managing and maintaining GAP reporting processes. Assisting with stocktakes and stocktake procedures. Maintaining the Stock Master File. Working collaboratively across the store to support operational excellence and great customer service. Full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday. About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, analytical, and enjoys working with numbers and systems. You’ll also be a team player who communicates well and takes pride in producing accurate work. Desired Qualifications Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology. The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. A flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to adapt. Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
