Inventory Team Member

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you will be involved in: maximising the integrity of physical and computerised inventory records; assisting in the development of process controls to maximise inventory management; maintaining the GAP management process; investigating stock discrepancies; assisting with the implementation of stock takes and stock take procedures; maintaining the Stock Master File; and claims – manage customer returns and repairs This is a diverse role that has accountabilities across delivering excellent customer service, sales and profitability, operations, stock and people. strong MS Office computer skills ability to manage issues, maintaining open communications and a positive approach to resolution; exceptional confidentiality and discretion; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proven organisational skills; drive and enthusiasm; good time management; a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible; and a strong customer service ethos. The hours for this role are permanent full-time.
