Summerset is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead for our Whanganui village to provide leadership, clinical guidance, and mentoring to the Care Centre team. The role reports to the Care Centre Manager and supports safe operation and high-quality resident care. Ideal candidates bring NZ nursing registration, PDRP level 2-4, and strong aged care experience with excellent communication and IT skills.
