Queen Elizabeth College Manawatu/Whanganui Year 7–8 Homeroom Teacher Full time, Permanent Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts MU/MMA Due to roll growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher to join our team as a Year 7–8 homeroom teacher. The successful applicant will be committed to building positive relationships with ākonga and creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment. They will have the ability and confidence to teach across a range of curriculum areas and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team. The position includes one management unit (1MU) and one middle management unit (1MMA), plus an additional area of responsibility to be negotiated according to the successful applicant’s strengths and experience. We welcome applications from experienced teachers who are passionate about supporting the learning, wellbeing, and success of students in Years 7–8.
