About the role In this varied role, you’ll be the go-to for administration, customer service, invoicing, financial reconciliation, reporting, records management and customer enquiries—helping make sure regulatory applications and processes are handled accurately, efficiently and on time. You will: Provide admin, customer service and financial support across regulatory applications and compliance activities Process applications, workflow tasks, invoicing, time recording and referrals to review teams Respond to customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email and face-to-face Manage documents, records and correspondence across multiple systems with accuracy and care Support reporting, monitoring, data entry and performance tracking Provide administrative support for Monitoring and Compliance activities, including registrations, invoicing and infringement processing About you We’re looking for a friendly, organised and solutions-focused Business Support Officer (Regulatory) to support our Building Assurance, Resource Consents, and Monitoring & Compliance teams. You’ll need to show us that you: Strong administration and customer service skills A sharp eye for detail and great organisational ability Confidence working across multiple systems and Microsoft applications Good numeracy, initiative and sound judgement A calm, positive, can-do approach in a busy environment Clear verbal and written communication skills Flexibility, reliability and a genuine team-first attitude What you need to do now Apply now and help us deliver great regulatory support with accuracy, professionalism and heart.
