About the Role Reporting to the Regional Manager – Te Manawa Taki within the Health Technology Management (HTM) Deployment and Delivery function, the Clinical Capital Delivery Facilitator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of Health New Zealand's clinical equipment capital programme. The team is responsible for facilitating the successful deployment of a significant national clinical capital portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and achieve intended clinical outcomes. Working closely with clinicians, operational teams, procurement specialists, suppliers, capital planners, Data and Digital teams, Infrastructure and Investment Group, and other stakeholders, you will help coordinate and facilitate the delivery of clinical capital projects from planning through to implementation and handover. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the delivery of clinical equipment capital projects and programmes across the motu Coordinating project activities across planning, budgeting, procurement, logistics, implementation, and handover phases. Facilitating stakeholder engagement with clinical services, Health Technology Management teams, procurement, suppliers, and support services Assisting with project planning, Capital Equipment Requests (CERs), business cases, executive papers, and implementation plans as well as supporting financial, governance, and compliance activities associated with capital projects. Coordinating project governance groups, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings whilst also monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and supporting reporting activities About the Team The Procurement, Supply Chain and Health Technology (PSC&HTM) team is a national function with broad responsibility for ensuring the availability, safety, and effectiveness of clinical and non-clinical goods and services across New Zealand's health system. The team plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of clinical capital investments that improve patient care and health outcomes nationwide. About You You are a highly organised project coordination professional who enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders and thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for helping deliver clinically important projects. You will bring: Project management and/or project coordination experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery Ideally five or more years' experience in Health Technology Management, Clinical Engineering, healthcare, or a similar environment Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information and data Experience using Microsoft Office applications and project management tools Experience working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders The ability to operate effectively in regulated and high‑pressure environments while maintaining a strong customer focus. Understanding of medical device lifecycle management Procurement and project management experience Strong problem‑solving and logical reasoning skills Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently A passion for delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
