The successful applicant will be confident teaching across a range of curriculum areas and will have a particular ability to connect with, engage, and motivate young people. They will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, build strong relationships with ākonga, and support students to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team and contribute positively to the wider life of the school is essential. This position includes one management unit (1MU) and one middle management unit (1MMA), for an agreed area of responsibility.
