About the Role The Night Auditor/Receptionist assists guests with overnight requests and supports the Night Manager to balance accounts from the day shift. Responsibilities include checking in guests arriving at night, handling guest requests, and completing a nightly checklist of tasks that prepare the front office team for the next day. The role also supports the Night Manager in reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports. Qualifications Available to work between 23:00 and 7:30. Must be available to work on a rotating roster. Experience in night shifts, preferably with a preference for night work. Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence (required for valet parking of guests’ cars). Clear communication skills in person and via phone/email; additional languages spoken are advantageous.
