Join our team at the Briscoe Group Distribution Centre in Drury as a WMS Administrator , where you'll play a key role in supporting our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensuring our supply chain operations run seamlessly. As the WMS Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining system accuracy, supporting users, and assisting with system enhancements. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our distribution processes. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities Support the day‑to‑day operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) Maintain system data accuracy and integrity Assist with troubleshooting and resolving WMS‑related issues Provide user support and training across the Distribution Centre Collaborate with internal teams to implement system improvements Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Systems Administrator Proficiency in configuring, customising, and troubleshooting WMS modules and functionalities Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and supply‑chain management within a retail environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A proactive approach to learning and supporting system users A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace Additional Information Position closes: 11 August 2026.
