Tegel Foods Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Support Liaison to strengthen wellbeing and engagement across the Christchurch region. This fixed-term role offers flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week and aims to connect employees with confidential support and community resources. You will partner with leaders to identify early wellbeing challenges, support onboarding, and maintain a visible, approachable presence across shifts.
