Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts Come and join our vibrant team. We are a large, well‑resourced full primary school with a supportive and collaborative staff. Our kura is a Green‑Gold Enviroschool and the recipient of the prestigious Blake Award for Environmental Leadership. Classroom teachers are provided with a wide range of quality professional development and leadership opportunities. They are supported to be the best teacher they can be, both personally and professionally. We are part of Taranaki Mohoao, which further strengthens professional learning opportunities for our teachers. The Board supports teachers who live in New Plymouth by providing access to the school van to reduce travel costs. Staff who use this service contribute approximately $20 per week.
