About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Allied Health Professional or Nurse to join us as the Clinical Manager for our Adult Community Therapy and Community Stroke Rehabilitation Services. This full‑time position sits within Older Person's Health and Rehabilitation and provides leadership across two dedicated, interdisciplinary community teams. Key Responsibilities Provide strong, visible leadership, fostering a positive team culture and aligning staff with organisational goals and vision. Support the development and sustainability of high‑quality clinical services, including contributing to policies and procedures. Partner with Clinical Team Leaders to identify workforce development needs and enable professional growth opportunities. Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with organisational standards, and take responsibility for budgeting and FTE management. Collaborate with Clinical Managers across Older Person's Health and Rehabilitation on service improvement initiatives. Qualifications Registration with a relevant Allied Health Professional Board or the Nursing Council of New Zealand, along with a current Annual Practising Certificate. At least 5 years' post‑qualification experience. Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop others. Strong organisational, communication, and relationship‑building skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care. Previous experience in a similar position within a community setting is advantageous. As some travel is required in this role, a full NZ driver's license is essential.
