Customer Service Representative (Fixed Term to October) Short-term opportunity to join our busy team in the Helensville Retail Store . Fixed-term until October (ideally full-time, but may consider part-time for the right candidate) Come from a retail or customer service background? We have a fixed-term opportunity for a customer‑centric individual to join the team in our buzzing store. As a retail assistant (internally known as a Customer Service Representative/CSR), you will process sales, help with stock management and displays, and maybe even have a keen interest in or knowledge of the local agriculture industry (helpful, but not essential). Your excellent communication and customer service skills will set you apart. Sound like a bit of you? You may not tick all the boxes, and that's ok; we will provide training to the successful candidate. The list below will give you a good idea of what background we look for from a Customer Service Representative – Go for it; throw your hat in the ring! Our wish list of skills and experience: Be a team player but able to work efficiently alone. A team player who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to outstanding results. Good physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is required (think 20kgs bags of dog or horse feed). Previous retail and sales experience is an advantage. What's in it for you?
