Lead complex Salesforce platform capabilities and shared object model. Transition major enterprise projects smoothly into BAU operations. Wellington based, 12 months contract, to start Immediate / short notice. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to support critical platform capability and delivery outcomes within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of managing intricate, shared object models and multi‑environment setups. Focusing on continuity and risk reduction, you will drive the successful transition of major projects into business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations. You will champion knowledge transfer, collaborate heavily with cross‑functional integration and data teams, and establish robust documentation to ensure long‑term, sustainable platform support. Key Responsibilities Maintain critical platform capability to ensure continuity across major delivery workstreams. Manage complex shared object models and identify potential environment delivery risks. Transition high‑profile projects from active delivery phases into smooth BAU operations. Produce comprehensive platform documentation to eliminate single‑point‑of‑failure risks. Collaborate with data migration and integration teams to eliminate project bottlenecks. Align current delivery with long‑term platform standards and future maintainability goals. Skills & Experience Proven senior‑level experience supporting large‑scale, enterprise Salesforce platform capabilities. Technical understanding of complex shared object models and platform environments. Demonstrated success leading project handovers into sustainable business‑as‑usual operations. Strong capability in delivering high‑quality documentation and structured knowledge transfer. Excellent collaboration skills working alongside data migration and system integration teams. Ability to embed team‑based practices that reduce reliance on specific individuals.
