As a Graduate, you will engage in client interviews, workshops, and training sessions, develop deliverables, and present recommendations to stakeholders nationwide across diverse industries. Your typical day will include: Working closely with clients to solve complex problems. Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision‑making processes. Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes. Interviewing key stakeholders within the client organisation to gather insights and understand their needs, challenges, and expectations related to transformation initiatives. Supporting clients to navigate change and bring meaning into people's work across a wide range of industries. Helping with project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and coordinating meetings. Preparing presentations for clients, summarising findings and proposed solutions, and delivering training sessions to support others in change.
