Overview Auckland based, Permanent, full time role as Specialist Clinical Nurse, Occupational Health. About the Role The SCN Occupational Health uses in-depth knowledge to provide specialist nursing advice, care and expertise in the occupational health area of practice. This role enhances the overall occupational health service experience for managers and employees with respect to health and wellbeing. Responsibilities include assessment, care and education, as well as collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. About you You are a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate and a genuine commitment to the ongoing development of specialty practice. You bring a professional and approachable style, and build strong relationships across teams while communicating confidently with people at all levels. Strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to provide clear advice, guidance, and education. Your understanding of legislation and health and safety requirements allows you to apply best practice within the workplace. With well-developed adult teaching skills, you are comfortable presenting to groups on Occupational Health matters, delivering engaging and practical education that supports safer workplaces and promotes staff wellbeing.
