This frontline role focuses on providing practical advice to customers on complying with environmental legislation and regulations. You'll receive and process environmental health applications (including reporting on LIM applications), ensuring they continue to progress while keeping customers informed along the way. Most customer interactions are by phone and email, although you'll also assist customers at our front counter. Ideally, you'll have experience in compliance and regulatory services, alcohol licensing and/or food safety, and be looking to build a rewarding career in this field while continuing to grow your knowledge and experience. Your excellent communication skills, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will set you up for success.
