St John of God Hauora Trust is seeking a Nurse Manager to provide day to day clinical and staff leadership within a defined unit of our disability service. You will lead nursing and support staff, ensure safe, person-centred care, and coordinate with the Clinical Services Manager. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with NZ APC, have at least 5 years RN experience, and show proven leadership in complex care settings.
