Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care Hamilton, New Zealand Are you a Nurse Practitioner looking for a genuinely varied, autonomous and rewarding clinical role? Join our supportive team at a busy Urgent Care Centre in Hamilton, where we care for approximately 140 patients each day and around 50,000 patients annually . Our presentations include a broad mix of medical conditions and injuries, ranging from minor illness through to higher acuity urgent care presentations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys acute care, clinical variety, teamwork and practising at the top of their scope. About the Role As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients across a wide range of urgent care presentations. You will work autonomously while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses and wider clinical staff. The role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to direct patient care, but also to service development, clinical education, quality improvement and models of care that improve access for our community.
