We're looking for a Production Team member to join our dedicated team at our King Street Roastery on a six month fixed term contract. This is a multi-skilled and varied role, focussed on producing, packing and dispatching our products with care and precision. What you'll be doing: Packing coffee products accurately and with care Loading and unloading pallets from trucks (forklift skills and licence are an advantage) Picking and dispatching retail and wholesale orders Maintaining a safe, clean workspace and ensuring equipment runs smoothly Assisting with stocktakes and other warehouse tasks What you'll bring: A strong team player with great communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliability and attention to detail Experience in warehouse or food production an advantage Forklift licence is beneficial but not required Driver licence required Perks, People & Coffee At L'affare, we're more than just coffee - we're a community.
