PURCHASING TEAM LEAD (M/F/D)

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will lead a team of purchasing professionals andbe responsible for the end-to-end purchasing function across both productionand new programme activities. This is a fixed-term opportunity until December 2026.

Working closelywith local and global stakeholders, you will develop sourcing strategies,negotiate with suppliers, optimise inventory, identify cost-savingopportunities, and ensure uninterrupted supply to production while maintaininghigh quality performance.

• Lead and develop the Purchasing team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and commercial agreements.
  
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and security of supply.
  
• Support new product introduction and programme purchasing activities.
  
• Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels and supply risks.
  
• Ensure accurate purchasing master data within SAP.
  
• Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality and Global Purchasing teams.
  
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate standards and health and safety requirements.
