Our Project Delivery practice iscomprisedof seasoned project and programme managers with experience managing a diverse range of IT projects and programmes. We are certified and experienced in PMP, PRINCE2, MSP,scrumand Agile methodologies, and work pragmatically. At any one time, our team has up to 300 projects on the go.

We'relooking for a motivated and highly organised graduate to join our Project Delivery team as a Project Coordinator.

This entry-level role isa great opportunityto build strong foundations inprojectcoordination, business process, and the technology sector while working alongside experienced project and programme professionals in a fast-paced environment.

You'llhelp keep ourbusinessoperations running smoothlywith a focus on administering the approval process of our commercial documentation. This role will also grow to provideprocess coordination, reporting, administration, and internal supportacross a range of activities, while alsoidentifyingopportunities to improve the way we work.

Whatyou'llbe doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • providing day-to-dayadministration and coordination task management
  • monitoring theProject Delivery Supportinbox and responding or reassigning queries
  • coordinating thecommercial document approval processincluding urgent approvals
  • helping ensure internal systems areaccurateand up to datewith active customers and associated agreed rates.,supporting project coordination activities, reporting, and team administration asrequired
  • contributing ideas for continuous improvement across our Project Delivery processes.

Skills and experience |Ngapukengamengawheako

  • Tertiary qualification, with supporting academic transcript
  • Demonstrated examples of university projects you were involved with
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build good working relationships
  • Ability to learn new processes and evolve existing ones asrequired
  • Any experience in a technology environment nice to have
