Business Support Coordinator | Tamaki Makaurau Auckland | 12-month parental leave cover

• 12-month parental leave cover in Auckland
• Full-time, with flexibility for 32+ hours per week
• Varied role supporting people, projects and office operations

The opportunity

We're looking for a proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our Auckland team on a 12-month parental leave cover.

You'll support our people, projects and office operations, helping things run smoothly while building trusted relationships across the business.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
• Coordinate workplace, travel, fleet, finance, engagement and project support activities.
• Keep information, processes and tasks moving effectively.
• Support a positive experience for employees, clients and visitors.

About you

• Strong administration, coordination or business support experience.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
• A helpful, people-focused and solutions-driven approach.
• Confidence managing competing priorities and learning new systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams.
• A current, clean New Zealand Driver Licence.
