We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician ready to take the next step in their career. As our HVAC Supervisor, you'll lead a skilled team, provide technical expertise, and remain hands-on in the field while helping deliver high-quality maintenance and project work across Christchurch.

What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians
- Deliver HVAC, controls and electrical maintenance activities
- Work with clients and project managers to achieve project outcomes
- Complete site inspections, fault-finding and quality assurance checks
- Champion health, safety and compliance standards
- Support training and development across the team
- Provide expert technical advice to customers and colleagues
- Enjoy a mix of field-based work and office responsibilities

- Experienced and qualified HVAC Technician
- Full Class 1 Driver Licence
- EST Licence
- Strong customer service focus and physical fitness
