Senior Product Manager - CRM
Job Description
This is a permanent full-time role based in Auckland. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support the ownership and development of the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce CRM \n
- Identify and address relationship management capability gaps and value drivers with key stakeholders. \n
- Lead initiatives across the end‑to‑end value chain from design to delivery, ensuring all stage gates are met with relevant risks understood and managed. \n
- Partner with technical and design teams to align solutions with business goals. \n
- Track adoption, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement for ongoing platform & process uplift. \n

Essential Qualifications\n- \n
- 5+ years financial services product management, project management, or related business experience \n
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes and practices \n
- Demonstrated change management experience and knowledge of modern methodologies \n
- Systems thinker with demonstrated implementation results \n
- Ability to manage competing long‑term objectives and tactical demands \n
- High level of communication skills and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders \n
- Skilled in planning delivery across a range of cross‑functional & dependent teams \n

- Project management qualifications or accreditations \n
- Experience with technology platforms such as Salesforce CRM, specifically Financial Services Cloud \n
- Salesforce accreditations (preferred) \n
Strong desire to learn, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge the status‑quo constructively. Self‑sufficient, forward‑thinking, comfortable using out‑of‑the‑box thinking to solve problems. Strong stakeholder management experience, ability to connect the dots across programmes and workstreams, think big‑picture, and understand how work contributes to broader outcomes.
