Job Description
We are looking for two Team Members to work full-time at Pacific Crest Limited T/A Bangkok Rolled Ice Cream to work full-time.
\n\nTeam Members are expected to work a minimum of 30- 35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.
\nRole and Responsibilities- Team Member
\n1. Prepare and cook rolled ice cream, bubble waffles, crepes and other menu items in accordance with the business recipes and quality standards.
\n2. Prepare fresh ingredients, including fruits, sauces, toppings and ice cream bases, before service.
\n3. Operate specialised cold plate equipment and cooking appliances to prepare food safely and efficiently.
\n4. Prepare and serve beverages such as bubble tea and thick shakes following standard recipes.
\n5. Portion, garnish and present food and desserts to ensure consistent quality and appearance.
\n6. Monitor ingredient levels and replenish food preparation stations throughout the shift.
\n7. Store food safely and rotate stock in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
\n8. Clean and sanitise food preparation areas, utensils, equipment and workstations.
\n9. Dispose of food waste appropriately and maintain a clean and organised kitchen.
\n10. Deliver orders to customers whenever required.
\n11. Assist with receiving, checking and storing food supplies and ingredients.
\n12. Work efficiently with other team members to ensure timely preparation and service during busy trading periods.
\nTeam Member Requirements:
\n1. Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and have relevant work experience. However, prior work experience is not mandatory as proper training will be provided.
\n2. Should have a positive attitude with the ability to learn and gain valuable work skills.
\n3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
\n4. Working on weekends and being available on call are required for this position.
\n5. Valid driver's licence required- Need to drive a car without a supervisor.
