We are seeking a dynamic Resident Experience Manager to help continue to shape our vibrant, welcoming Fairway Gardens village, in Golflands, East Auckland. This is a village where our residents feel connected, supported, and truly at home.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, from coordinating engaging events and wellness initiatives to supporting residents through key life transitions and building a strong sense of belonging across the village.

This role is working Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead the resident journey from first engagement through to move‑in and ongoing village life.
\n
• Plan and deliver events, outings, and experiences that create a thriving community atmosphere.
\n
• Foster resident wellbeing, inclusion, and connection across all areas of village life.
\n
• Coordinate onboarding initiatives including welcome experiences, introductions, and buddy programmes.
\n
• Manage village communications, newsletters, digital platforms, and resident engagement tools.
\n
• Support residents to access wellness and assisted living services while maintaining independence and dignity.
\n
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, local community groups, and service providers.
\n
• Champion a resident‑first culture and help bring the unique “village vibe” to life every day.

About you:

Along with your passion for people, you are digitally savvy and have:

• Experience in events, customer experience, hospitality, community engagement, or a similar people‑focused role.
\n
• Highly organised, and confident building relationships with a wide range of people.
\n
• Love creating memorable and meaningful connections.
\n
