Functional Consultant within the Customer, Products & Services (CP&S) team, driving BNZ’s customer and lending transformation through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and related platforms.

About the Role\n

Full time, permanent opportunity based in Auckland. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Day-to-Day Tasks\n

• Capture and translate business outcomes into scalable platform solutions.
\n
• Guide stakeholders and delivery teams on Salesforce and nCino capabilities and best practices.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions.
\n
• Support delivery, testing, change management, and go live activities.
\n
• Mentor colleagues and promote platform standards and reuse.
\n

Required Technical Skills\n

• Functional consulting, platform consulting, BA, or solution delivery experience.
\n
• Experience with Salesforce, nCino, or similar SaaS platforms.
\n
• Strong business process analysis and solution design skills.
\n
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
\n
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing capabilities.
\n
• Understanding of data and integration principles and practices.
\n
