We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our high-performing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage a diverse and fast-paced portfolio, partnering with leaders across the business to attract, engage, and hire the talent that keeps our organisation moving forward.

This is an opportunity to operate as a true Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You’ll provide expert advice, influence hiring decisions, share talent market insights, and help shape workforce outcomes across a broad range of functions and role types. Working within a unionised environment, you’ll confidently navigate both Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs) and Collective Agreements while balancing operational requirements, compliance obligations, and business needs. We can promise that no two days will be the same, but you’ll spend your time:

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and guiding them through the hiring process
\n
• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a complex portfolio
\n
• Proactively sourcing and building talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
\n
• Supporting employment branding and talent attraction initiatives
\n
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
\n
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, IEAs and Collective Agreements
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems and ways of working
\n

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven internal recruitment experience within a complex organisation
\n
• Experience partnering with leaders to deliver effective hiring outcomes
\n
• Experience recruiting across a diverse portfolio of trades, operational, frontline and blue-collar roles
\n
• Strong capability managing high-volume, business-critical and hard-to-fill recruitment activity
\n
• Expertise in sourcing, talent pipelining and market engagement
\n
• Confidence to influence, coach and challenge stakeholders to achieve the best hiring outcomes
\n
• Strong organisational skills, adaptability and attention to detail
\n
