Restaurant Manager \nKey Responsibilities:

Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staff rostering, training, and performance.

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management (Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting.) OR a relevant Diploma or higher education.

Bar Manager
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n • This full-time role will require you to deliver exceptional service and take our guests on a casual and fun journey through our cocktail list; engage with our locals during happy hour and powering through our fast-paced dinner service.
\n • Ensure compliance with New Zealand food safety and liquor licensing regulations
\n • You'll help foster relationships with our suppliers, showcase your creativity and bring a high level of professionalism to the floor while demonstrating passion and commitment.
\n • Ensuring a consistent and positive brand image
Requirements:
\n • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume bar/restaurant
\n • Team player with a passion for good living and a willingness to learn
\n • Current Manager’s Certificate (or ability to obtain immediately)
\n • Food and wine and cocktail knowledge
\n • Hold a valid work visa and be available to work nights and weekends
\n • Well-spoken with immaculate grooming and personal presentation
\n • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a guest-first mindset
