Head of Development

Our client is a growing property developer with an exciting pipeline of residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. They are seeking an experienced Head of Development to provide strategic leadership across their development portfolio.

• Salary of $130,000 - $150,000

You’ll lead development strategy, commercial feasibility, design management and project delivery while managing consultants, stakeholders and key development partners. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering commercially successful projects.

• 15+ years’ experience in property development or a major development organisation
\n
• Proven success delivering large-scale mixed‑use, commercial or hospitality developments
\n
• Strong commercial, financial and feasibility analysis skills
\n

• Excellent knowledge of New Zealand development and consenting processes
\n
• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
\n
