Project Manager

About the role In this role, you’ll lead projects across multidisciplinary teams, covering research, process and technology development, business change, events, and product or service rollouts. Lead key projects from concept through to operational handover and review. Manage stakeholders by applying a collaborative approach and delivering to requirements. Ensure established project and change management practices are followed. Plan and actively monitor project resource requirements and financial constraints. This role is 32 hours per week. Qualifications A tertiary qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience delivering and managing multiple projects within defined timeframes and budgets. PMP or Prince2 certification would be beneficial. Using common project management toolsets to identify and manage project risks and issues, and to implement and adhere to change control processes. Facilitating group discussions with stakeholders to gain understanding and agreement, and assessing the impact of change. Overseeing project budgets and managing resource and vendor relationships. Engaging positively with employees and stakeholders at all levels, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Making sound decisions, with strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills. Identifying smarter and better ways of doing things, with excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
