Position Residential Registered Valuer in Hamilton to service the Waikato region. The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space, ensuring smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and personal annual budgets. It focuses on high‑quality valuation delivery with an operational focus and regular engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Ensure smooth and timely communication with clients and relevant stakeholders. Manage business opportunities and achieve personal annual budget targets. Deliver high‑quality valuation reports with an operational focus. Engage regularly with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Registered Valuer (NZIV) with a current Annual Practicing Certificate. Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications. Industry experience in residential valuation. Existing appointment on Valocity and Cotality Valuation Panels. Strong attention to detail, report‑writing and analytical skills. Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
