Program Overview You will join our 2027 Graduate Programme and be based in one of our nine national branch locations. You’ll spend the year rotating through the programme modules with on‑the‑job work experience or learning in the classroom, giving you real insight into the key parts of the business. Who We’re Looking For Recent graduate from a New Zealand university, polytechnic, or other training institution. Ideally majoring in Agribusiness, Management Studies, Commerce, Supply Chain or Logistics. Background in agriculture or horticulture, or experience currently working in the industry. A self‑starter ready to kick off a career in the fresh produce industry. A strong communicator with an interest in building long‑term relationships with customers and growers. Locations Graduates will be based in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch or Dunedin. Please highlight your preferred location in your application.
