Customer Service & Sales – Balclutha Wholesale The multifaceted counter‑based role supports branch operations, from assisting customers at the counter, unpacking and receipting goods in, to picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders, loading the delivery vehicle, and ensuring customers receive quality service delivered on time, every time. Responsibilities include inwards/outwards goods processing, stocktakes, helping customers find products, and processing sales. The role also involves welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and providing sound advice. This includes offering expert advice and sales support on our range of electrical, data and lighting products. What do you need to bring to Corys? Passion and energy for the role, with enthusiasm for engaging with customers Eagerness to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Willingness to learn and grow Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team Adaptability in dealing with different customers Professional attitude and strong representation of the business Experience in a trades or electrical environment This role can be physically demanding, so a decent level of physical fitness is required. You will also need a full driver's license. Having your F‑endorsement is beneficial but not required, as we can train you. What Corys can offer you?
