Reporting to the Enterprise Application Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our IT team, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise systems, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions that drive operational excellence. What You'll Bring Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience with enterprise-level IT business application software, supporting business functions in terms of analysis, development, reporting, training, and ongoing support Relevant qualifications (Diploma / degree) in business functional area Prior experience working in ERP projects with external parties, especially Infor M3 and/or Mtech would be an advantage Ability to develop business solutions for business problems in a user-friendly language You will be passionate about discovery, finding problems and opportunities for improvement, seeking innovative ways to improve and enhance efficiency and customer experiences Participate in the planning, development and deployment of system enhancements and projects What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, you\'ll: Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative system and process improvement solutions. Support, optimise, and maintain critical enterprise applications to ensure business continuity and efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, AI, and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with vendors, business leaders, and technical teams to implement system enhancements and technology projects. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, capability, and user experience. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that deliver measurable business benefits. Contribute to documentation, system governance, testing, change management, and operational support activities.
