Job Description
EVT in Wellington is seeking a senior Maintenance Manager to protect the integrity of our hotel building, plant and equipment. You will lead maintenance staff and contractors across mechanical/HVAC, fire, electrical and hydraulics, both inside and outside the property. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and General Manager (Hotel Engineering & FM), you will ensure BWOF compliance, drive preventative maintenance, manage budgets and electives, and be on call for after-hours work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
