Job Description
Overview PwC’s Tax Graduate Programme 2026 offers an opportunity to join the Tax team in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) starting February 2027. The role provides a blend of client advisory, technology integration, and policy consulting within a supportive, technology‑driven environment. Responsibilities Advise clients on complex tax rules, business decisions and tax planning. Consult with government on tax policy matters. Implement technology‑enabled tax reporting solutions. Assist multinational clients with offshore tax regulations. Explore specialized areas of tax such as GST or transfer pricing. Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, Information Systems or Computer Science), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or conjoint LLB, Bachelor of Arts (Economics), Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent. Final year student or recent graduate. Strong academic record. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Independent thinker capable of taking ownership. Curious, motivated, and willing to learn. Organizational skills to manage competing priorities. Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships.
