Schedule Part Time – Saturday 8am–5:30pm & Sunday 9am–5pm. About the role Retail Assistant with an interest or experience in automotive. Key focus is to deliver expert guidance that helps customers find the right products for their vehicle needs from the moment they enter the store to efficient sales processing at the till. Duties Always maintain safety focus to ensure your safety, that of teammates and customers. Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers. Use strong customer service and automotive knowledge to contribute to positive sales performance. Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards. Process stock: receive, dispatch & store. Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member, and contribute to a positive team culture. Perform safe lifting, bending and climbing as required. Skills & Experience Customer‑focused with genuine interest in or experience within the automotive industry. Previous experience in automotive retail, parts supply, mechanical workshops or related fields is highly valued. Confident working in a retail or sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner. Team‑focused and "can do" attitude.
