Customer Service Representative

Here at PGG Wrightson we are looking for a reliable, friendly, and sociable individual with a passion for customer service and administration to join our Customer Service team to cover our busy Christmas period and Maternity Leave. Our Customer Service Team is based in Dunedin and currently operates between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. This role is for a fixed term period, until end of June 2027. The hours of work will be 40 per week - 8:30am to 5pm. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customer queries through answering incoming calls and emails. You will enjoy having conversations with vendors, customers, and everything in-between. You will have Experience in a Customer Service or Administration environment - you like seeing customer queries through from start to end. A positive "can do" attitude with the ability to be flexible and take changes in your stride. Excellent communication skills including strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills for effective email correspondence.
