Assistant Park Manager

About the Role Reporting to the Park Manager, you will support day‑to‑day operations across reception, accommodation, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance. You will lead and motivate staff and ensure high standards of presentation, safety, and service. In the absence of the Park Manager, you will assume responsibility for the park’s daily management, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence. What you’ll be doing Supporting the daily management and operation of the holiday park Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences Managing guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and escalations professionally Assisting with reception operations including bookings, arrivals, departures and administration Supporting health, safety, compliance and emergency response processes Assisting with housekeeping and maintenance duties Supporting the Park Manager and wider team with the planning and delivery of park events This is a hands‑on operational role that requires flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate will regularly work weekends and may be required to work outside standard office hours.
