Job Description – Manhattan WMS Specialist/Consultant Required Technical Skill Set Proven experience in Manhattan WMS (preferably 2018 version Warehouse Management for Open Systems) Configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of WMS Experience with Distribution Center (DC) operations, enhancements, and supply chain processes (including Labor Management, Yard, and Transportation modules) Familiarity with IBM Cognos SCI, MOCA, Oracle DB, SQL, and Azure Cloud - Incident, problem, and change management in a managed services environment Experience with batch and critical system process support, user management, and access provisioning Strong documentation, SOP, and knowledge management skills Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have: Good-to-Have Experience with Relex and other supply chain systems - ITIL certification Experience in retail or distribution environments Familiarity with automation and reporting tools (e.g., IBM Cognos SCI) Role Descriptions / Expectations from the Role Provide application development and support services for Manhattan WMS, including incidents, problems, requests, and system health checks. Configure, integrate, and enhance WMS functionalities to meet business requirements. Support batch and critical system processes, user management, and access provisioning. Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational documentation. Coordinate with product vendors for L3/L4 assistance and manage escalations. Analyze business requirements, participate in user story grooming, and support QA/testing services. Participate in release management, deployment, and post-production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) and participate in governance and reporting routines. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service management procedures.
