Overview Clinical Receptionist - Queenstown About Triton Hearing (part of Sonova) – we are changing hearing for good and aim to help all New Zealanders hear well. About the role: This part-time role (3 days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) is part of a job-share arrangement. You may be required to cover leave when the other receptionist is off. You will develop skills in the Hearing Care industry while supporting clinic operations. Responsibilities Clinic operations: manage day-to-day operations of the clinic. Reception duties: act as the welcoming face and handle reception responsibilities. Diary management: maintain the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations. Administrative tasks: process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims. Data management: run daily reports through the CRM system to keep records up to date. Technical skills: perform in-house hearing aid repairs with training provided. Community engagement: participate in local marketing to promote services. About you Genuine desire to help people with exceptional service and care for every client. Strong attention to detail and ability to hand over duties effectively in a job-share setting. Comfort communicating with the public, handling walk-ins confidently, and prioritising tasks as they arise. Eagerness to develop knowledge in Audiology with potential to train as a Tele Assistant. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in different clinic settings and team dynamics. General computer literacy to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
