Barline Team Leader Day Shift

The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Day Shift Bar Line operations. Reporting to the Line Manager, you’ll take ownership of a team of machine operators—ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive performance, develop your team, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. Key Responsibilities Champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment (SH&E) culture, bringing our “Safer Place Because of Me” mindset to life Deliver production plans while maintaining high quality, hygiene, and compliance standards Lead, coach, and develop your team to build capability, accountability, and engagement Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive practical solutions Work cross‑functionally with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and P&C to ensure smooth operations Support audit readiness and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements Working Hours & Roster 45 hours per week Includes 1 Saturday per month About You You’re a confident and hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong, high‑performing teams.
