Executive Assistant, Workplace Experience & Facilities Coordinator 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Auckland, New Zealand We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant, Workplace Experience & Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Auckland on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this exciting and highly visible role, you'll partner closely with our Country President and New Zealand Leadership Team, helping to shape the employee experience, support key business priorities, and create an engaging workplace culture. This role offers a unique blend of executive support, workplace experience, facilities coordination, employee engagement and business operations. No two days will be the same. You'll play a central role in connecting people, coordinating priorities, and ensuring our workplace and leadership teams operate effectively. What You'll Be Doing Provide executive support to the Country President and New Zealand Leadership Team, including diary management, travel coordination and expense management. Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace experience. Coordinate internal events, communications and activities that strengthen connection and culture across New Zealand. Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive experience from day one. Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities and vendor relationships, ensuring a safe, welcoming and productive workplace. Promote and support Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives, leading with a safety-first mindset. Provide guidance on company processes, policies and ways of working while maintaining strong governance and confidentiality standards. Support local fleet-related activities and escalations as required. Manage purchasing, invoicing, vendor engagement and other business operational activities. About You Experience providing executive support to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within a large or matrixed organisation will be highly regarded. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A natural relationship builder who enjoys working at the centre of the business and supporting others to succeed. Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering great outcomes. High attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences.
