Halter is seeking a Virtual Fencing Support Specialist to join the Guidance Operations team near Morrinsville. You will own Tier 2 virtual fencing as a domain, escalate when needed, and work with Guidance Ops to resolve the hardest cases. You’ll combine data analysis with field observations to improve onboarding and support for farmers. You’ll spend time diagnosing issues, training Tier 2 staff, and occasionally visiting farms or our Auckland HQ to ensure farmers receive the best possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
